FatFoxx.Com, LLC officially started out on 10/15/12.  In 2012 we experienced a TFI failure at Mustang Week. We had a photo shoot with Chief Editor Steve Turner at 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords Magazine the next morning and the Fox Body cruise sponsored by Southeastern Fox Bodies. This was the worst time for this to happen for us. We had been working on our car for many years just to be considered for the magazine. The time had come and the car was found on the road dead! After troubleshooting the problem for several hours it was determined that the heat from the engine bay coupled with the extreme Myrtle Beach heat contributed to the failure of the TFI Module. We had run the car at Myrtle Beach Speedway the day before very hard so we contributed it to the hot weather and the very hot engine that started the chain of events.

Most products are made in China where quality is very low. This alone is a great reason to purchase our products. Prolonging the life of your TFI Module prolongs the life of your car! Refund And Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:  92 Oak St Rossville, Ga 30741.

E-mail us for a return to sender label. We will send you a return postage stamp so you can send back the merchandise free of charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
